Every year, the Huskie Robotics First Robotics Competition (FRC) team hosts an engineering challenge for students to take part in to strengthen their abilities in the STEM field.
The challenge will be separated into 2 parts. There will be a software and hardware related challenge, both of which can be accomplished by using household materials.
The winners of each challenge will receive prizes which will be listed below.

Gracious professionalism.
Gracious Professionalism is part of the ethos of FIRST. It's a way of doing things that encourages high-quality work, emphasizes the value of others, and respects individuals and the community.
Think of it as if your grandmother was watching you on live television. Make her proud.

School appropriate submissions only.
If you are questioning if something is school appropriate, it probably isn't.

One submission per person.
Multiple submissions from the same individual will not be accepted. Only your first submission will be taken.

You must be of elementary or middle school age.
(ages 8-14)
